Advanced Service is looking for a high-energy self-motivated individual to join our Investment Solutions team.

 

Our Investment Solutions Team is responsible for providing personalized, high quality service experiences to our variable annuity and variable life policy owners, and for ensuring unassailability of our operations in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment. The Investment Solutions Customer Service professional will be responsible for executing our most complex transactions as well as supporting managers, new hires and representing the entire team in projects. Working collaboratively, he/she will be entrusted with ensuring timely and accurate completion of all service requests, compliance benchmarks, while also identifying and advancing solutions to allow us to improve our team’s overall efficiency and quality of service delivery.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

 

*Transact routine financial & non financial activity on client Variable Annuity and Universal Life policies  with both speed and accuracy  *Process point of call financial transactions for policy holders such as fund transfers, fund allocation changes, partial withdrawals and loans, with expediency and accuracy *Assist team members daily to complete work in order to meet departmental and regulatory standards *Effective decision making based on  comprehensive case analysis *Demonstrate valuable interpersonal skills

Desired Skills & Experience:

*Associates, or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent years of related experience *High school diploma, or GED from an accredited school required. *3+ years of experience in a customer service environment

*FINRA Series 6 or 7 preferred

*Demonstrated success in creating raving experiences for our customers, and in providing inspirational leadership in a team environment *Excellent verbal, written and listening skills *Strong technical and analytical skills, including experience running, manipulating, and interpreting reporting data *Proficient PC skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
