Profile

This position is directly responsible for overall relationship management, product development, marketing, and support of assigned products within the Loan Servicing Products Division.  The position will independently establish and implement annual marketing/business plans designed to educate our internal staff, clients, and sales/service team with a focus on improving internal and external understanding of the products and the value they create, thus resulting in improved quality of service and increased sales.Essential Functions:Take ultimate ownership of assigned LSPD product(s).  Meet with division and department leaders regularly to remain Allied’s internal subject matter expert (SME) in order to champion products and create alignment on the services offered.– 30%Develop internal documentation to aid in impacted departments understanding of the services offered and how they are administered – 20%In collaboration with the sales support and marketing departments, establish, implement,  and maintain product marketing plans and materials for both new and existing products to educate our sales team, stimulate sales activity, and support product growth – 20%Lead the evaluation and implementation of new service offerings related to the managed product by collaborating with the business areas that are impacted – 15%Understand competitive marketplace to effectively communicate information in order to drive marketing strategies – 5%Manage & support corporate initiatives as assigned, offer solutions/suggestions to improve current procedures and systems  – 5%Other duties as assigned – 5%Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications, & KSAs):4 year college degree required and minimum of 5 years of related experience in the insurance industry, financial institution industry, or sales and marketing field requiredAbility to multi-task with experience working in fast paced environmentExperience with leading / coordinating complex projectsAbility to troubleshoot problems and/or issues; strong ability to deal with problems involving several variables in non-standardized situationsStrong customer service and administrative skills requiredAbove average proficiency with Microsoft (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)Experience learning quickly, working independently, and meeting deadlinesExcellent written, oral, interpersonal, and listening skills essential
