Under the supervision of the Supervisor, inputs independent service provider payment requests, reviews reports for errors and makes corrections.
Inputs facility payment requests into D2000 system and closes all calls with service providers.
Sorts member complaints and forwards to appropriate departments for review. Inputs information from member survey responses on telephone counselors and service vehicle drivers. Verifies checks to service providers prior to send out to ensure accuracy.
Logs investigative reports on member complaints and reviews daily reports for duplicates, lost calls and mis-spots. Performs research to verify the service providers have been correctly paid.
Process members request for reimbursement. Review member invoices for accuracy and appropriate payment amount. Enter thruway and parkway calls into CPMS for member reimbursement, maintain history.
Review all station obligations and enter appropriate monthly deduction amount into CPMS/paystation list, include loans, leases, approved auto repair facility, warranty programs, tablet and radios leasing, etc. Audits garage billing against station contracts, alerts Supervisor and/or Field Representative of discrepancies.
Develops familiarization with specifics of various garage contracts, and with internal payment processing policies and procedures, making recommendations to Supervisor for improved efficiencies to ensure highest possible level of customer service.
High School Diploma or GED required
A minimum of one year experience
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel, PSS/CPMS and D2000
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Required accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to read, comprehend, and retain a variety of written material
