Interested in becoming a Lead Club Claims Specialist? As a Lead Club Claims Specialist, you will manage the daily claims process of the Aaron's Club Program. This responsibility will involve being the liaison between Aaron's customers, Aaron's stores, and partner of the Aaron's Club program to ensure claims are received and processed in a timely manner.

Duties and Responsibilities :
Make a high volume of outbound customer service calls to customers to enroll them in the Aaron’s Club and EZPay programs
Partner with our stores to ensure customers are sold the program the right way and have the correct payment schedule set up for Club.
Partner with the stores to ensure customers’ EZPay schedule aligns with their pay date.
Train new team members and lead ongoing training and improvement efforts
Identify and recommend process improvements
Enforce adherence to performance standards and company policies
Lead weekly Team Meetings
Lead daily team functions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent telephone etiquette
Outstanding organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time
Good conflict resolution skills
High energy level
Maintain professional appearance
General computer knowledge including MS Office, Email
HS Diploma, some college preferred
3-4 years of experience
Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office
